Ignite is a fun-filled, action packed, exciting and energetic program for KS2 aged children held during both Sunday morning services. The children experience lively worship, packed with contemporary songs, alongside Sparkies and Bright-Stars. Ignite aged children then break off into their own groups for a mixture of team games, activities and teaching. The children learn about bible stories and heroes at each session and will often be encouraged to learn a memory verse for that week. Children are often provided with activities and materials to take home to continue the adventure.
The Ignite environment is one which encourages our children to make great choices and apply bible principles in their everyday lives. We encourage all of us to ‘ignite’ and shine as bright lights in our world.
During the session the children are offered a piece of fruit and a drink.
Ignite begins when the Xplode sign is shown on the main screens during each Sunday morning service.
