Stuart and Irene Bell

Senior Pastors

Our Senior Pastors are Stuart and Irene Bell. As well as being our senior pastor, Stuart also heads up the Groundlevel network, a network of 100+ churches. He is actively involved in a number of national leadership forums and often works into both South Africa and America. Stuart is an international speaker and teacher and has written four books. Stuart and Irene have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Paul Benger

Executive Pastor

Paul Benger and his wife Jeannie pastor Christian Life Church, a growing and contemporary church in Chesterfield. Paul serves Stuart Bell in the roles of Operations Manager for Ground Level and Executive Pastor here at New Life where his duties include being part of the Vision Core Team and helping with vision implementation and day to day management. Paul also lectures in a number of Bible Colleges in our Nation

Mark Hutton

Pastor

Mark and Hazel Hutton oversee the Mission, Evangelism and Expression ministries of New Life Church Lincoln. Mark relates with many teams in the church and has a passion for sharing the Christian Faith at home and abroad and seeing the church multiply and grow through the Expressions of New Life Church across the region. Mark and Hazel have been married for 33 years and they have a daughter –Suzanna married to Jon and a son – Andrew married to Beth. Mark also works in the health sector as a Pharmacist specialising in Chronic Pain Management and Respiratory conditions.

Howard and Claire Williams

Worship and Children’s Pastors

Howard and Claire are the Worship and Children’s Pastors at New Life. Both are extremely passionate about building local church and have a strong desire to see people fulfilled in their destiny. Howard heads up a team of 100+ musicians, singers, choir members and technicians, which make up the New Life Worship Team. Claire currently oversees the Xplode team, which pastors over 80 children. Howard and Claire have 2 sons, Ethan and Nathanael, who are amazing!

Dan and Jo Hargreaves

Youth Pastors

Dan and Jo are our Youth Pastors and head up Energize, the youth arm of NewLife. Energize provides positive activities for young people all over Lincoln and enables them to hear about Jesus in a fresh and dynamic way. They are passionate about young people fulfilling their potential, knowing who they are in God and living their life to the full! Dan and Jo love Jesus and love life and have a cat called Moses!.

Paul Blundell

Training and Discipleship Pastor

Paul is our training and discipleship pastor. This includes oversight of the wider Pastoral structure in the church and connect groups. He is passionate about seeing people reach their God given potential in all areas of life. Previously, Paul worked as a mental health nurse, managing a specialist mental health team. Paul is married to Joy and they have a wonderful little boy, Finley. Paul is a fan of real ale and likes to dabble in a bit of fantasy football.

Joy Blundell

Influence

Joy heads-up Influence and plays a key role in encouraging and facilitating New Life Church to engage in the “public space” through acts of service, building key relationships and speaking out on important issues. Joy is passionate about the Church being a catalyst for social change, bringing kingdom transformation to our city and beyond. Joy loves Paul (her husband), Fin (her son), sunshine, food and having lots of fun!

Brian and Alan serve as advisors to the Vision Core Team

Pete Atkins and John Brewster

External Advisors to Vision Core Team

Pete and John are both pastors of local churches and key members of the Groundlevel Team. They regularly contribute, by bringing a wider perspective, to Vision Core Team meetings.

The Vision Core Team is supported by a Management Team and the Trustees.
