Stuart and Irene BellSenior PastorsOur Senior Pastors are Stuart and Irene Bell. As well as being our senior pastor, Stuart also heads up the Groundlevel network, a network of 80+ churches. He is actively involved in a number of national leadership forums and often works into both South Africa and America. Stuart is an international speaker and teacher and has written four books. Stuart and Irene have 3 children and 2 grandsons. |

Paul BengerExecutive PastorPaul Benger and his wife Jeannie pastor Christian Life Church, a growing and contemporary church in Chesterfield. Paul serves Stuart Bell in the roles of Operations Manager for Ground Level and Executive Pastor here at New Life where his duties include being part of the Vision Core Team and helping with vision implementation and day to day management. Paul also lectures in a number of Bible Colleges in our Nation |

Mark HuttonPastorMark and Hazel have been married for over 30 years having a daughter - Suzanna, son – Andrew and daughter in law Beth. Mark and Hazel – over past years have been involved with many aspects of church function including Prayer, Welcome team, Voluntary groups which now form the Acts Trust, Worship, Missions and the Church Growth Academy to name a few. Currently Mark and Hazel oversee New Life Direct. Mark also works in the health sector as a Pharmacist specialising in Chronic Pain Management and Respiratory conditions. |

Howard WilliamsWorship PastorHoward and Claire are the Worship and Children’s Pastors at New Life. Both are extremely passionate about building local church and have a strong desire to see people fulfilled in their destiny. Howard heads up a team of 100+ musicians, singers, choir members and technicians, which make up the New Life Worship Team. Claire currently oversees the Xplode team, which pastors over 80 children. Howard and Claire have 2 sons, Ethan and Nathanael, who are amazing! |

Advisors to Vision Core Team
Advisors to the Vision Core Team are Pete Atkins and John Brewster. Pete and John are both pastors of local churches and key members of the Groundlevel Team. They regularly contribute, by bringing a wider perspective, to Vision Core Team meetings.
The Vision Core Team is supported by a Management Team and the Trustees.
